• April 18 - The Disney Channel has celebrate its 40th anniversary.
• May 7 - The production on Season 7 of Bunk'd had been halted due to the 2023 Writers Guild of America strike.
• August 31 - At approximately 5 p.m. PDT, Disney Channel was pulled from Spectrum due to a carriage dispute that took place between The Walt Disney Company and Charter Communications.
• September 11 - At around 12:30pm, Disney and Charter Communications have ended a carriage dispute, with both companies signing a multiyear content distribution deal that immediately restores access to Disney Channel and other networks owned by The Walt Disney Company for almost 15 million Spectrum cable customers.
