Gabby Duran & the Unsittables is a Disney Channel live-action series about a 13-year-old girl who, after being shadowed by her mom and sister, finds her moment of babysitting extraterrestrial children who are hiding on Earth. Gabby uses the chance to protect them and their identity. The show aired on Disney Channel from October 11, 2019 to November 26, 2021.[1]
On November 29, 2021, an Instagram post from the cast member Nathan Lovejoy has confirmed that there will not be a season 3, which later officially announced on December 6, 2021 that the series is cancelled after 2 seasons.[2][3]
Synopsis[]
The series focus on Gabby Duran, who constantly feels like she’s living in the shadows of her uber-polished, successful mother and whip-smart younger sister. She finally finds her moment to shine when she inadvertently lands an out-of-this-world job to babysit an unruly group of very important extraterrestrial children who are hiding out on Earth with their families, disguised as everyday kids. Fearless and unapologetically bold, Gabby steps up to the challenge to protect these youngsters and their secret identities, and prove she’s the best babysitter in the galaxy.[4]
