Janice LeAnn Brown was born in 2010 in Los Angeles, California. She had guest starring roles on Disney Channel's Just Roll With It and Bunk'd. Her additional television film credits include Montross: Blood Rules, Growing Up Immigrant, Endings and Beginnings. Brown portrayed 4-year-old Rue and 6-year-old in the HBO series Euphoria and is set to portray Billie in the upcoming Disney Channel comedy series Wizards Beyond Waverly Place.
