Matthew Lewis Royer (born Friday April 18, 2003) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Chet Marcus in the Disney Channel comedy series Best Friends Whenever.
Early life and Career[]
Born on April 18, 2003 in Tarzana, California. Matthew began his acting career as a baby with his identical twin brother Benjamin, who starred as Bret Marcus. Royer and his twin brother Benjamin have guest starred in roles on shows such as ABC's Back in the Game, Sam & Cat, The Neighbors, 2 Broke Girls, 100 Things to Do Before High School and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. They both starred in the Disney Channel comedy series Best Friends Whenever. When the California native isn't performing, he enjoys playing baseball. He is a pitcher and also plays second base for his local league as well as a travel team. He also has a passion for following baseball stats, and loves to hang out with his cockapoo named Ethel. He currently lives in West Hills, California with his family.
