"Start All Over" is the third and final single performed by Miley Cyrus from her 2007 album Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus. The single was released to Canada before "See You Again". As her previous singles, it was also released to U.S. Radio Disney. The single was released in the majority of the world as a television airplay single.

The music video for "Start All Over" was shot in California and features Cyrus first going off to bed and having a dream. It is followed by scenes of her on school bus scene, performing with dancers, and singing on stage. The video ends with Miley Cyrus waking up from her dream. It is filmed all in one continuous camera angle.
