Tara Lyn Strong (née Charendoff), or simply Tara Strong, is a Canadian-American voice actress. She is best known for her voice roles as Timmy Turner in The Fairly OddParents, Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls, Dil Pickles in Rugrats, Raven from Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go!, and Melody from The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea.
She has appeared in numerous Disney Channel shows, notably voicing Bebe and Cece Proud in The Proud Family, Spot in 101 Dalmatians: The Series, and Angel in Lilo & Stitch: The Series.
